On behalf of the Presidency of the University of Zakho, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to the remarkable success of the 5th International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering (ICOASE 2025).

 

We are especially grateful to Prof. Dr. Diyar Abdulkareem Saeed, President of the University of Zakho, and Prof. Dr. Aree Adel Abdulqader, President of Duhok Polytechnic University, for their unwavering support and guidance throughout the preparation and implementation of the conference. Their leadership was instrumental in overcoming challenges and ensuring the smooth execution of this important event.

 

In preparation for ICOASE 2025, the organizing committee undertook extensive outreach to maximize participation and engagement. Approximately 3,000 emails were sent to universities worldwide, as well as to organizations in the public and private sectors. This comprehensive communication effort helped raise awareness of the conference, encourage paper submissions, attract international participants, and foster collaborations across academia and industry.

 

To ensure effective planning, a total of 15 coordination meetings were conducted with the organizing teams in Duhok and Zakho. These meetings focused on finalizing logistics, shaping the program schedule, reviewing submitted papers, assigning reviewers, and preparing conference materials.

 

Our sincere appreciation goes to the Conference Executive Chairs Assistants, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yaman Sami Shareef Al-Kamaki and Asst. Prof. Dr. Araz R. Abraham; the Co-Chairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Farsat Heeto and Asst. Prof. Dr. Mezgeen S. Ahmed; and the Conference Secretaries, Asst. Prof. Dr. Najdavan A. Kako and Asst. Prof. Dr. Diyar, for their outstanding efforts. We also extend our thanks to the Heads of the Organizing Committee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Dindar Sh. Bari and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wafaa M. Abdullah, as well as to the Conference Track Chairs, whose dedication was vital to the success of ICOASE 2025.

 

We gratefully acknowledge the distinguished members of the Scientific Committee, whose rigorous reviews and constructive feedback ensured the high quality of the research presented. We also recognize the invaluable contributions of our international keynote speakers, whose insights and expertise inspired engaging and meaningful discussions.

 

Special recognition is extended to all researchers and students who participated, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing science and innovation. We commend the tireless work of the technical support, logistics, and IT teams, whose behind-the-scenes efforts guaranteed a seamless conference experience. Finally, we express heartfelt thanks to our volunteers, whose enthusiasm and dedication created a welcoming environment for all participants.

 

ICOASE 2025 stands as a testament to the diligent, transparent, and collaborative teamwork between the University of Zakho and Duhok Polytechnic University. The collective efforts of all involved not only made this conference a resounding success but also strengthened the enduring partnership between our two institutions.
